CVS Lumberton, NJ Distribution Center is one of the largest CVS DCs in the country at 1.2 MM sq.ft between the two buildings. It services more 700 stores from NYC to Baltimore. The DC has over 7 miles of conveyor, a sophisticated sortation system, 5 split case pick modules and 2 Full Case pick modules. This facility operates on 24/5 schedule with about 950 employees and a team of 40 management members. This facility has 44 receiving doors and receives 170,000 cases on 80 trucks. On the outbound side, the DC ships on average about 2 MM pieces on 130,000 parcels.
